Claire was supportive, encouraging and kept me very focussed throughout our sessions. Just what I needed...

I know what I need to do now...

A push in the right direction...

Claire was totally professional & the resources she uses and sets as "homework" were really beneficial.  It is very rare that we take the time out to really study ourselves and what makes us tick.  By sitting down and completing the tasks and then seeing the results before you in black and white is quite eye opening.  I would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a push in the right direction particularly if you are feeling as though you are not sure about what the new direction should be!
