...sit on my shelf ready for me to read.
...and sit...
...and sit....
It's like I think that they are going to jump off the shelf themselves and help me to learn and take action! As most coaches I know have a full shelf of books I wanted to put together some ideas, following from my post on my newsletter about making the most of things we have already invested in - low and no cost ways of learning. I keep coming across books, websites etc that get me thinking about commitment.
Mark Forster had me thinking about it in Do it Tomorrow and the Zen Habits site has me thinking about it as well. And its therefore something I am talking about with my clients.
Do I want a simplified life?
Absolutely. A huge sense of running around, balancing lots of different hats and juggling lots of different plates. Phew, that sounds wearing in itself! I keep coming back to the fact that there must BE an easier way to just...well BE really.

I seem constantly to be talking to people about how much there is to do when you are your own boss - even when this is only a part time experience! In fact - probably more so if you are working part time at your business and trying to be as successful as if you were working on it full time!
